Your skills, experience and hard work will contribute to creating a successful event. The only required skills are a desire to help and showing up.

  • THURSDAY OCT 19: SITE PREPARATION

    FRIDAY OCT 20: SITE SET-UP, HOSPITALITY, DINNER EVENT STAFF

    SATURDAY OCT 21: TAT EVENT STAFF

    SUNDAY OCT 22: HOSPITALITY

  • HOSPITALITY AND CATERING STAFF: Provide on-site food and beverage service for event volunteers, presenters and planning team.

    PARKING & ENTRY STAFF: Help visitors park and enter the event.

    PRESENTER BOOTH ASSISTANT: Help presenters manage their Touch a Trade Experience.

    SET-UP & LOGISTICS: Help set up the site and manage event logistics.

    VISITOR EXPERIENCE: Help with Visitor registration and orientation. Answer questions and solve problems for Visitors.

    SAFETY STAFF: Provide on-side first-aid and medical care, if needed.

  • TRADES & CRAFTS: Any level of experience would be helpful!

    EVENT MANAGEMENT: Having worked at an event before.

    MEDICAL or FIRST RESPONDER certification: To staff our safety tent.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE: An ability to engage positively and constructively and helpfully with the public.

    LOGISTICS: Basic site set up including ensuring safety and good traffic flow.
